I’m a people-first HR executive and operational leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate change, build better workplaces, and align strategy with culture. Through my firm, Ruby HR Group, I’ve stepped into critical interim roles across healthcare, nonprofit, and government sectors - often as the "break glass in case of emergency" leader- bringing calm, clarity, and direction during times of transition.

I’m a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) and a proud Air Force veteran with 22 years of combined active and reserve service. I specialize in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and designing inclusive, sustainable people practices. I also happen to love process improvement almost as much as I love a good spreadsheet.

I hold an MBA from the University of Arizona, a Master of Arts in Legal Analysis, and a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources.

Outside of work, I’m a children’s book author, an enthusiastic builder of miniatures, and an unapologetic lover of organizing, problem-solving, and wine tasting. I believe life—and leadership—is all about the little details and big ideas working together.
